Caffè Caboto is the acronym of Caffè – Boero – Torrefazione, which has been selecting the best coffees in the world since 1955, in order to take the Coffee from Genova to bars, coffee bars, bakeries, restaurants and hotels. It is therefore the union of ancient methods of manufacturing and innovation within the coffee world. It is truly Grandpa Leonardo Boero’s passion for coffee, handed down from generation to generation, which confers Caffè Caboto Roastery its artisan character.
